YTMP4 lets you convert publicly available YouTube videos into MP4, WEBM, MKV, AVI, FLV, MOV, or audio formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, ALAC, OGG, Opus) for personal use. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.

Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the videos you choose to convert. By using YTMP4, you confirm that you own the content, have the copyright holder's permission, or are otherwise legally entitled to download it for personal, non-commercial use. YTMP4 does not host, own, or claim rights to any YouTube content processed through the Service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use YTMP4 to infringe copyright, distribute converted files commercially without authorization, circumvent YouTube's technical protection measures where applicable, or automate abusive, high-volume requests against the Service.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that every video, resolution, or format will be available at all times, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTMP4 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Third-Party Content

YTMP4 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of YouTube content remains subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Continued use of YTMP4 after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
